Eric had the lucky job of taking care of Ana and Emery...which in a "normal" house would be fine, but with the way the house is now with absolutely no toys, it's damn near impossible, but Eric makes it look easy. Ana, can really find a toy in anything though...Exhibit A:

Five Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Six Hundred Minutes...How do you measure, measure a year?
Well, apparently Megan and I measure a week by going to a Broadway show! This week Rent was on the menu.
I kind of know the music to rent because of the DVD- but it is really five times better live. One of the best things about going to the theatre on Tuesday night was the fact that really no one else goes. Megan and I thought that opening night of Rent would be packed...but it turns out that a show about AIDS and drugs and homosexuality doesn't really draw that Raleigh market...who knew? All the better for us, I say, cause it allowed for Megan and I to move all the way up to the front and enjoy Rent with the upper-crust expensive-buying-ticket folk. Yes, we had to deal with the elderly couple in front of us whispering to each other ("did that girl just kiss that other girl? And, "is that boy in the dress a girl?") but it was totally worth it!

This plunger is Ana's new best friend (don't worry Mom, it is well washed and anti-bacterialized). Emery is one of the best sleepers known to man.
He is also really tolerant of random flashes in his face - which makes him the perfect victim...I mean, subject for blogging. His stretched out hand may seem to you that he's saying "No Stop...I'm sleeping", but really he's saying "No......Stop.....I love the attention."
