38 Weeks - That means 14 days to go!!!! (babies always come exactly on their due dates right?)

We shall call this Saba's space - We want our baby to stay in our room with us, so really she has a little hallway leading into our room for all of her stuff! In actuality the entire house has become "Saba's Space" but this is where we will keep her clothes/blankets/shoes/hats...and all of the other stuff that she NEEDS - that's right, not wants....needs! We have lots of beautiful blankets for Saba - a couple of them have even been homemade! One that especially surprised me was this little number that Megan (my sister) whipped up from thin air (and by thin air I mean two big needles and lots of yarn).
A couple of weeks ago she couldn't even crochet- but then I guess the wonders of You-Tube taught her how to make this fantastic blanket - I was truly amazed at her hidden skill that was unveiled at my shower!
Thanks to Analise (my niece) we have the majority of our "little girl" clothes!
I think it's good for Saba to get used to the fact that for many years she will be wearing Ana's hand-me-downs...which is great because Ana has a whole lot of really cute stuff.
One of my final stages of nesting has been acquiring a start to my cloth diaper stash! Thanks to my shower I now have a very respectable beginner stash that is all ready to go!
All we need now is a little baby's tush to put in these really cute diapers!
I think we are officially ready...somewhat! We have our birthing class this weekend which should teach me how to breathe and teach Dereje how to tell me to breathe...thank goodness we have a class for that! I'm not sure how I would know how to breathe without paying $70 for somebody to teach me! As you can tell I clearly have a positive attitude about the class!
