Happy Easter
A group of friends and I have been on a mission to find out what makes brown eggs and what makes white eggs. The most common answer we have gotten is that there are different kinds of chickens here. Another answer is that it depends on the kind of feed that the chicken is fed. Either way there's no getting around the fact that dyeing brown eggs is much more difficult than dyeing white eggs.
The fact that they were brown didn't keep us from having a lot of fun while dyeing them!

I have never colored brown eggs before, but seems like you would get some vibrant colors out of it. According to wikipedia, hens with white feathers and earlobes will lay white eggs, and chickens with red feathers and earlobes will lay brown eggs.
